2013 Artistry In Wood Show
On November 9th & 10th, 2013 many of the country's best artists will gather at the Dayton, Ohio Artistry in Wood Show to exhibit and sell their fine art in wood. Artists from over 25 states offer the public a unique opportunity to see the diversity of art in wood. This year's Special Exhibit features the Caricature Carvers of America's newest project, "Carving a 1930's Street Scene". Measuring just under 24 feet, the distinctive town consists of 11 buildings and over 120 carved caricature figures. The Street Scene will have only one public showing which will be at the 2013 Artistry in Wood Show. CCA members will be available to autograph their newest book, "Carving a 1930's Street Scene" during the show. Individual buildings in the scene and the associated carvings will be available for purchase on a first come basis. For additional photos and information on pricing and how to reserve a building and the associated carvings see the CCA web site at: www.cca-carvers.org. 
We will continue with our very successful hands-on Youth Program which allows youngsters to build a wood project under the careful guidance of a Western Ohio Woodworker's member.
